Granola is pretty stable! Your granola should last a couple of weeks if you store it in an airtight container or a well-sealed ziplock bag. Many of our customers store them in the crisper in the fridge, and it lasts even longer. But, from what we've heard, hunger takes over and the bags are empty within days, LOL...

We currently "bake & ship" on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. So, depending upon when you place your order, you should expect your delivery 3-4 days after the closest "Bake & Ship" day. 

Oats are not keto friendly. Oats are high in carbs and fiber, and therefore will most likely take your body out of ketosis. Perhaps we'll add some high fat trailmix to the offerings! Until then, if you are keto, this gourmet granola is a no-no. 

If you are new to Hunger & Thirst, I'd start with any of the bestsellers - Butter Pecan Bliss, Lemon Blueberry Morning, and Cherry Good Day. They are featured on the home page. They fly off the shelves, and our customers rave about them!

We don't use white granulated sugar in ANY of our products. They all have a coconut sugar base, with raw honey or pure organic maple syrup. Whereas coconut sugar may have a similar caloric value as white granulated sugar, it is anti-inflammatory, and lower on the Glycemic Index. That means it won't spike your blood sugar levels because the body will absorb it a lot slower. The plant-based, natural sweetners we use are much better for you.
